Can I fly today?, demo mode and GPS track
A new tool to find out whether you can fly: an hour-by-hour forecast with wind at ground level and at 120 m, gusts, rain, visibility, daylight and Kp index, and a verdict for your drone. Demo mode lets you try the assistant, guided tuning, the 3D Workshop and the firmware installer with a simulated drone, even from your phone. And the 3D replay now draws the GPS track on a map and exports it as GPX, with a sample flight to try it out.
Course open to everyone, new menus and an assistant that answers questions
The build course no longer asks for a username or password: all 155 lessons are free for everyone. The site is now organised into two menus, “Learn” (course, guide, Build, Betaflight and glossary) and “Tools”, with a tools bar that’s always visible. And in the assistant you can now ask anything: which motors you need for a 5″, which props are most efficient for long range or how to flash the firmware.
3D flight replay, PID lab, OSD editor and My hangar
Watch your flights again in 3D from the Blackbox log with the video in sync, learn what each PID value does, design the OSD by dragging it and keep your drones with their whole configuration. The 3D Workshop now connects to the drone over USB and can be viewed in augmented reality.
Guided tuning
A new tool that walks you through the whole tuning: it prepares Blackbox over USB, guides you by voice through the test flights, downloads and analyses the logs, and suggests changes with the reason and the risk, round by round.
Expanded course: 155 lessons
58 new lessons: choosing parts in depth, whoops, cinewhoops and long range, digital video (DJI, Walksnail and HDZero), advanced ExpressLRS and EdgeTX, Betaflight in depth, flying all the way to freestyle, filming and editing, repairs and four final projects. Now also in English and Spanish.
Firmware and backups in the assistant
Install, update or roll back Betaflight from the browser, recover boards that won’t boot and keep configuration backups in the hangar, with the restore adapted to the new version.
Simulator, compatibility checker and more tools
Browser simulator with your radio over USB, compatibility checker with wiring diagram, rates converter, thrust and flight time calculator, printable field cards, community page, and the site in English and Spanish.
Tools for group flying and new chapters
Video channel planner with intermodulation, ExpressLRS range, battery logbook, “Listen to your log” in the assistant, regular maintenance, and the “Open-source FPV” and “Video post-production” chapters.
FPV Assistant
Diagnosis by symptom, arming flags, diff and Blackbox log analysis, chirp report, CLI templates, version migration and connecting to your drone over USB from the browser.

Interactive 3D viewer of a 5" build and twelve new lessons in the build course.
